Our Policies
Cancellation Policy
Hair Studio AM maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel with at least 24-hours notice will result in a 25% service charge.
Late Policy
Your appointment may have to be rescheduled as a courtesy to our next client if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
No-show Policy
In the event of a no-show/no-call, we will charge the client 50% of the amount of the appointment(s).
Credit Card / Tip Policy
We accept all credit cards, cash, and personal checks. Gratuity via cash, cash app, Venmo, or Zelle is encouraged and greatly appreciated.
Service Policy
If you are unhappy with your hair or service and need a fix, please contact the salon as soon as possible. Any outreach made after two weeks from the original appointment will not be considered.
Gift Certificate Policy
All certificates are final sale.
